How You'll Rock the Role
- Collecting assets for Preorder and New Release setups (Artwork/packshots, tracklists/sidesplits, sales blurb, etc.)
- Managing New Release stock order status and logging in central database
- Managing Catalog reorders for manufacturing orders and label-supplied PO requests (collecting assets from partners, placing orders, liaising with Supply Chain to meet delivery deadlines, monitoring shipments, etc.)
- Managing Label Product Orders (placing orders, liaising with Supply Chain to meet delivery deadlines, sharing tracking information, monitoring shipments, etc.)
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years Physical Supply Chain experience preferred, not required.
- 1-3 years Music Industry experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Associates or Bachelors Degree Preferred
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $20.25/hour - $27.00/hour
