This Project Manager role is a full-time, contractor position in our data services area responsible for overseeing and managing the onboarding of clients to our existing data services architecture/foundational data services and, in the near future, the migration of 100+ cross-functional systems from legacy data sources to UMG’s new Repertoire data service. This is a client engagement and task management role that requires excellent client, task management, organizational, cross-functional team coordination and communication skills.
How You'll Rock the Role
- Create, own and drive the onboarding process of new clients to existing data services
- Create, own and drive transition plan and provide periodic status reports for the migration of 100+ clients to New Repertoire Service
- Collaborate with cross-team stakeholders to execute the transition plan
- Work closely with business and development teams to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
- Facilitate and run all project management related client and team meetings
- Define and track key performance metrics to track progress and measure the success of the project
- Efficiently run change management to keep the project on track and stakeholders informed
- Communicate product updates and changes to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Continuously monitor and analyze client feedback to improve project efficiency and satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully owning and delivering projects from concept to launch
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile environment
- Experience with services architecture, APIs, Azure AD, SQS, SNS, and Swagger a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, commerce or a related field.
- PMP and/or Scrum Master certification a plus
- Excellent client engagement and management skills
- Ability to project manage and lead project teams
- Ability to run change management and keep the project within scope and on track
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Ability to create project plans and provide project status/stats tracking progress against plan
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $55.74/hour - $74.32/hour
